4. Personal Document Submission

Fill in the application form and submit the required documents to initiate the admission process for your child.

5. Warm Oak Welcome

Complete the formalities, receive your welcome kit and orientation details and let your child begin their journey with us.

The following documents are required for verification when you complete the admission process. Application submission is done online, while originals will be checked at school.

Passport-Size Photographs

Student – 2 recent colour photographs
Parents – 1 photograph each of both parents

Transfer Certificate

Original Transfer Certificate to be submitted at the time of admission (or by the date specified by the school).

Latest Report Card

A copy of the most recent academic progress report.

Aadhaar Card (Student)

Original and one photocopy of the child’s Aadhaar.

Birth Certificate

Original and one photocopy for age verification.
